Using VCM Gold Rush
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You may use the tools and guides for your own creator work. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, scrape, share, or bypass access controls protecting the PDF library.
Full access purchase
Full access costs a one-time US$59.99 payment unless a clearly displayed promotion applies. It is not a subscription. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as VCM Gold Rush continues to operate the applicable service; it does not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever.
Digital guides and AI tools
The guides are educational creator resources, not promises of revenue or business results. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before publication. You are responsible for your content, platform compliance, disclosures, copyright, and commercial decisions.
Availability and accounts
We may maintain, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Accounts may be restricted for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, credential sharing, or unauthorized redistribution.
Third-party services and trademarks
Payments are processed by Stripe and hosting may be provided by Cloudflare. VCM Gold Rush is an unofficial, fan-made creator toolkit and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Product and company names belong to their respective owners.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of earnings, reach, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
