Information collected
VCM Gold Rush stores the account name and email you provide, one-way password and recovery-code hashes, membership status, planner content, AI tool usage, guide access records, support requests, and technical security data needed to operate the service. We do not store your full payment card number.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate your account, unlock purchases, provide cloud sync, protect private files, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.
Service providers
Cloudflare may process hosting, database, file, security, and network data. Stripe processes checkout and payment information. OpenAI may process prompts submitted to AI-powered features when that feature is enabled. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and as required for security, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. Passwords are protected with salted PBKDF2 hashing, sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies in production, and premium PDFs are kept in private object storage.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to records we must retain by law. Use the private VCM support form or email Purplecyborgs@gmail.com to make a request.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means the updated policy applies, subject to applicable law.
