Refund policy.

One-time digital access
The US$59.99 full-access purchase immediately unlocks digital tools and downloadable PDF guides. Because access is delivered instantly, purchases are generally final after a premium guide has been opened or downloaded.
Seven-day unused-access requests
If you purchased by mistake and have not opened or downloaded a premium guide, request a review within seven calendar days of purchase using the private VCM support form. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
Technical problems and duplicate charges
If access does not activate, a file is unavailable, or you were charged more than once, use the support form or email Purplecyborgs@gmail.com with the purchase email and receipt reference. Never include full card numbers or passwords. We will restore access, correct a duplicate charge, or provide an appropriate refund.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or statutory rights that apply in your location and cannot legally be excluded.
